This form can be accessed from the Cust Service menu and so that our customer service reps can make the following changes:
- INVOICE ME - This field can be changed to Y so that any future billing of any type of fees being billed for any individual related to this record will be invoiced.
- OVER-RIDE FEES - All of the over-ride fee fields and the subscription fee field may be modified so when related fees are to be billed in the future they will be not billed (ie over-ride field = 0) or they will be billed exactly the over-ride amount.
- DISCOUNT CODES - These fields can be maintained in case the subscriber entered them incorrectly
- SENDCOPIES - This email address field, if not blank, causes copies of invoices being sent to individuals related to this record to also be sent to this address.
