  1. Under the Edit menu, select Preferences

  1. Under the Edit or Tools menu, select Preferences or Internet Options

  3. Then select Cookies to access the Cookies Panel, and select Accept all cookies

  4. Click the OK button

WINDOWS INTERNET EXPLORER 5 OR LESS

  1. Select Internet Options on the Tools menu (or View menu in IE 4.x)

  2. In the IE 5, click the Security tab and then click Custom Level. Click Enable or Prompt under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer.

  3. In IE 4.x, click the Advanced tab, and then click Prompt Before Accepting Cookies or Always Accept Cookies

  4. Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer

WINDOWS INTERNET EXPLORER 6

  1. Select Internet Options on theTools menu

  2. In the Internet Options Window, select the Privacy tab

  3. If the Settings Slider does not appear, click the Default button

  4. Lower the Setting Slider to Medium

  5. Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer

AMERICA ONLINE

  1. In the Toolbar, under My AOL, select Preferences

  2. In the Preferences Window, click the WWW button

  3. In the Internet Options Window, select Security

  4. Click the Custom Level... button

  5. In the Custom Level window, scroll down to "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and select Enable

  6. Click the OK button

  7. Answer Yes to Warning Message

  8. Click OK
