The Order History form lets sellers view all or some the orders that have been sent to you from our Shopping System. Please note that a separate order History record will display for each item that was on an order.

The form lets sellers do the following:

  1. CHANGE SEARCH CRITERIA - This lets you view only the orders that interest you.

  2. GO TO ORDER DETAIL - You may click any record's ORDER NO to access a detail page that displays all of the items included in that order, and shows the status of each.

  3. MANAGE YOUR ORDERS - You might want to use this form each day to list the new orders, back ordered orders, etc. Ensure each of being properly handled, and use this form to change any item's Status as actions are taken (if all items on an order were just billed or shipped, use the Order Detail page to change the statuses for all related records).

  4. CONTACT US - If you have any questions or think you found an error that needs to be corrected, please click the Contact Us link below.
